Job Summary: As a Landscaping Technician at Camvie Services, you will be responsible for executing a variety of landscaping tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance and functionality of clients' outdoor spaces. This role involves working with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality landscaping services that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscape Maintenance: Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weeding.
• Planting and Gardening: Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery according to design plans and seasonal requirements.
• Irrigation Systems: Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and healthy plant growth.
• Hardscaping: Assist in the construction and maintenance of hardscaping elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features.
• Pest and Weed Control: Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers safely and effectively to manage weeds and pests.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are used safely and stored properly.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of landscape design principles, plant care, and maintenance techniques.
• Skills: Proficiency in operating landscaping tools and equipment; strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or pesticide application are a plus.
