is seeking experienced Residential Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong skills in residential construction and carpentry, including expertise in various tasks such as windows, doors, stairs, trim work, cabinetry installations, and deck building.

Responsibilities : -Demonstrate a strong ability in residential construction and carpentry, including but not limited to : windows, doors, stairs, railings, trim work, crown molding, baseboards, kitchen and cabinetry installations, decks, Punch List completion, small painting tasks, and drywall finishing-Execute high-end carpentry work while adhering to project specifications and timelines-Supervise subcontractors on site and ensure their work meets quality standards-Maintain clean and safe job sites, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations-Perform both interior and exterior carpentry work with precision and attention to detail-Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accuratelyQualifications : -Proven experience in residential construction and carpentry-Ability to supervise and provide guidance to subcontractors-Proficiency with a variety of hand tools and power tools required for carpentry work-Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work-Excellent organizational and time management skills-Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and take on leadership responsibilities when neededBenefits : -Paid time off (PTO) and holiday PTO,-Overtime availability with additional compensation-Bonus potentials based on performance-Ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesJoin IGNIS Design and Construction Inc and become a key member of our dynamic team, contributing to the successful completion of diverse construction projects in a positive and collaborative work environment!
