Responsibilities :
- Participate in the development of a more formalized Client Service Model.
- In-bound and out-bound customer service calls with existing clients
- Outbound calls to existing customers to schedule annual & quarterly review meetings with their Financial Representative
- Submitting applications and other paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and / or 66 licenses strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication skills and a desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Must be detail-oriented and have a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
