Who We're Seeking

We're in search of an individual whose passion for people shines through, exuding positivity and dynamism. Leadership is your forte, adept at galvanizing a team of Buyer Agents and Showing Assistants, ensuring alignment with high standards.

As the Buyer Agent, you'll serve as the linchpin of the buyer side. From recruitment and mentoring to ensuring peak performance, you'll oversee it all. Your days will be a mix of lead generation, appointment setting, and ensuring top-tier client service. Once client needs are identified, you'll hand over to the Showing Assistant to unearth their ideal properties. And when it's time to seal the deal, you'll lead negotiations through to closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in lead generation: Identify potential buyers, arrange meetings, secure agreements, and delve into their property requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Showing Assistant: Ensure they identify homes that meet client criteria, refine selections, and smoothly transition to contract offers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients: Deliver top-tier service from initial contact to final transaction, guiding clients throughout their real estate journey.
• Master the art of negotiation: Whether leading negotiations or providing guidance, ensure all buyer interactions result in success.
• Stay informed and sharp: Be the go-to expert on mortgage details, neighborhood insights, and school information, staying ahead in all matters related to real estate.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate: Fountain Valley, CA: Must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting (Required)
