What You Will Do:

• Proactively seek out new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships to transform leads into scheduled appointments
• Manage the sales database effectively through the entire sales process
• Achieve and surpass productivity, appointment setting, and revenue benchmarks
• Work closely with the team to ensure clients receive top-notch service from the first interaction to the completion of transactions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage in both inbound and outbound sales efforts to secure appointments
• Utilize scripts proficiently to communicate our value proposition and overcome objections
• Thoroughly qualify leads to provide detailed insights to the team
• Maintain rigorous follow-up to ensure smooth lead management processes
• Accurately track and report on sales activities and metrics
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards within the sales domain

Knowledge/Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong telephone etiquette, capable of setting and closing appointments effectively
• Quick learner, able to grasp scripts and dialogues
• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
• Ambitious, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
• A team player who is also committed to lifelong learning
• High school diploma or equivalent is a must
• Real estate license is a plus
• Demonstrable sales success against quotas
