Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Duties:

- Create and execute email marketing campaigns

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights

- Collaborate with the success team to generate leads and support sales efforts

- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance

- Implement email marketing campaigns using our own CRM platform

- Assist in the creation of digital content including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics

- Experience with SQL for data analysis is a plus

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms

- Knowledge of e-commerce principles and strategies

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation

- Understanding of HTML5 for web development is advantageous

- Previous experience in digital marketing and A/B testing methodologies
