Spero is Hiring a SEO Analyst Near Fort Worth, TX

SEO Analyst will be responsible for conducting keyword research, analyzing website traffic metrics, and implementing strategies to improve our websites' visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs). The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who uses both analytical and creative skills to improve website rankings and drive traffic.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits for our websites to identify areas of improvement.
  • Perform keyword research to guide content teams in creating optimized content.
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link-building, social media strategy, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on search rankings, traffic, and other SEO aspects.
  • Work with marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and understand metrics.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
