Uprite Construction is Hiring a Construction Superintendent Near Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent for Uprite Construction to oversee, manage, and direct all phases of our construction projects. As a Superintendent, your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams, ensuring that operations are running smoothly, and making certain that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with our Project Managers, you will be pivotal in laying out job sites, managing day-to-day field activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines. Your role will encompass not only supervising work crews and subcontractors but also interfacing with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. To excel in this position, you should have a robust understanding of construction processes, superior leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely project delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily construction, ensuring compliance with plans and safety regulations.
  • Direct and oversee the construction activities from conception to completion.
  • Lead and manage construction teams, delegating tasks and resolving issues.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers for effective coordination.
  • Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Maintain and submit all required documentation and reports.
  • Problem-solve and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, ensuring resources and manpower are available and allocated appropriately.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and adjusting schedules as necessary.
  • Liaise with contractors, managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring open communication across the construction project.
  • Comply with all local legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations in Texas.
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Resolve on-site issues and emergencies promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project.

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive senior-level experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge in tilt-up projects and ground up commercial construction.
  • Ability to present a project list along with the resume.
  • Extensive safety experience.
