We are a growing Dermatology practice looking to hire a front office assistant. Job duties include answering phones and scheduling appointments, checking patients into appointments and checking patients out for appointments. Helping with insurance accounts receivables and patient accounts receivables. Must have excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast paced environment. We have a upbeat excellent team of employees and we are looking to hire someone that is organized, efficient, a team player, and willing to go above and beyond and offer exceptional customer service to our patients.
