Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong strategic planning and operational management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall business operations and drive growth

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency

- Oversee business development initiatives and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors

- Provide guidance and support to department heads in managing their respective teams

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Experience:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives

- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply change management, or a related field; MBA preferred or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in warehouse and facility management.
