The position requires a Development Engineering background with the experience and capabilities necessary to successfully carry out the responsibilities listed below. The preferred candidate will demonstrate a strong proficiency in software engineering and development. The position encompasses the skills needed to meet objectives of product quality, schedule and design goals for a complex development program.

Key Responsibilities

·Develop complex software deliverables using Windows technologies following iterative software development process. 

·Independently develops design approach using detailed requirements 

·Participate in team membership through strong interaction, interpersonal and negotiating skills. 

·Manages individual risks/issues and elevates to upper management when appropriate. 

·Adhere to and supports process methodologies. 

·Support the planning of future activities with System Engineering to develop detailed work estimates. 

·Provide product maintenance support with problem mitigation. 

·Maintain close interaction with System Engineering by providing consultation support as necessary 

·Support System test activities through the development life cycle
