Job Details
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of Business Analysis experience
- 3 years of experience working with systems
- 3 years of experience with an SDLC, system development methodologies and requirements gathering including business process mapping.
- Ability to translate business needs into system specifications, familiar with agile framework and processes- Epic, Feature and Story, creation processes
- Excellent critical thinking, process analysis and mapping skills (Lucid Chart or Visio)
- Team player who is a strong collaborator, communicator, influencer, and has great listening skills
- Experience in managing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
- Experience working with ERP Financial/Accounting systems and Sales contracting applications
- Technical knowledge of SQL; data validation experience
- Agile methodology expertise; experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
- Extensive knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts; Qlik or Power BI preferred.
- Experience with core software applications, including Oracle EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards), Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk, SAP solutions or other enterprise level products.
- Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies and mainframe applications.
- Building or Construction industry experience
