Fort Walton Rehabilitation Center, located at 1 L.B.J. Sr. Drive, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547, is a 120-bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
