Salary $65,000 - $90,000 per year

The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from initial planning to final implementation, and will be involved in all phases of the construction process. - Prepare detailed engineering designs for construction projects, including site layouts, grading plans, utility designs, and erosion control plans.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
- Perform site evaluations, feasibility studies, and cost analysis to ensure projects are viable and cost-effective.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and design staff.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Review and approve project drawings and specifications, ensuring the designs are accurate, appropriate, and in compliance with established engineering standards and practices.
- Manage and coordinate land development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insight into the engineering aspects of the project.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to keep up with advances in technology and industry trends.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil engineering field with a focus on construction and land development.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is Required
- Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
