Precast Specialties, LLC is a manufacturer of precast concrete products, and specialty construction company. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Duties:

• Provide support to the HR Manager
• Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.
• Assist with Worker's Compensation documentation
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an HR role or internship preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software
