Marina Mikes is a leading provider of Bennington Pontoons, Sea Pro Boats, and Yamaha Outboards. As a Boat Sales Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, matching them with the perfect vessel to suit their needs and preferences.

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Boat Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the boating industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with customers who share a love for boating and the open water.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their boating needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on our range of boats and marine products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sea trials to showcase boat features and capabilities.
• Assist customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery and beyond.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in boat sales or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Knowledge of different types of boats, engines, and marine accessories.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
