Stepping Stone Kids Therapy is currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a difference in the lives of children. We currently have an opening for a BCBA in our Fort Myers Clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations
• Implement ABA strategies and techniques focusing on verbal behavior
• Create and implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and indirect services
• Supervise and train staff on the principles and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Work collaboratively with our team of professionals

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree (Required)
• Experience working with children with autism or other disabilities
• Valid FL Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Must be a team player
• Must have an effective oral and written communication skills
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
• Medicaid Credentialed (Preferred)
