SALARY: $118,000.00 - $147,000.00

BONUS DESCRIPTION: $20,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 Relocation for a 3-year commitment

RELOCATION PACKAGE: Full
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Emergency Department, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, throughput, and satisfaction in the emergency department.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and outcomes.
- Bachelors degree Required
- Certifications: ACLS required upon hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse Required
- TNCC Certification preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- 5 years in ED middle or upper management
- Competitive salary within the range of $118,000.00 - $147,000.00, commensurate with experience.
- $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
- $5,000 relocation assistance for a 3-year commitment.
- Full relocation package available.
