Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for managing the intake process, conducting interviews, and assisting with document management. This is a vital role in our organization as it ensures that all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake interviews with clients to gather relevant information
- Manage and organize client documents using document management systems
- Enter data into legal case management software
- Transcribe interviews and other recorded information
- Assist with project management tasks related to intake processes
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth workflow
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in understanding of legal terminology
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Experience conducting interviews and gathering information
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Knowledge of legal case management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
