Branch Director Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Branch Director for their Home Health location in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Skilled Home Health experience is required. Private Duty Home Care and PEDS experience is preferred. Clinical and Non-clinical candidates will be considered. Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. We are looking for a local candidate familiar with the market.
Branch Director Job Requirements

• Home Health branch leadership experience.
• Excellent understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish & English.
• Registered Nurse preferred.

Branch Director Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership.
