Seeking various Staff and Senior Accountants for a large healthcare company.
The Accountants will be responsible for preparing a variety of journal entries, bank reconciliations as well as reconciling high risk balance sheet and operating statement accounts and supporting the overall operations of the Accounting Department.
Essential Job Functions/Competencies
- Work closely with Accounting Supervisor during the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- Prepare and record various journal entries to the general ledger.
- Record cash receipts and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Record and organize and tie out intercompany activity with affiliates.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis.
- Prepare assigned items for external audit.
Pending your level and years of experience with GL accounting, it will determine if being considered for Staff or Senior roles.
