PAY VARY BOE!! $16 - $17/ HR
Monday - Friday 7:50AM - 5:00PM (earlier or later based on demand)
- Must be attentive, responsive, and can take control of situations.
- Accounts payable invoice entry, troubleshooting and statement reconciliation
- Account Receivable daily invoicing, cash receipts and distribute monthly statements
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure invoices paid on time
- Evaluate potential customers credit worthiness
- Ensure existing customers are in good standing
- Enforce current credit policy
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Maintain accounting and records/filing
- Complete special projects as assigned
