***JOB RESPONSIBILITIES***

• Patient Assessment: Conducting thorough assessments of patients admitted to the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, assessing neurological status, evaluating laboratory results, and observing for any changes in condition.
• Critical Care Nursing: Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians or advanced practice providers. This may include managing ventilators, administering IV medications, and monitoring intravenous lines.
• Monitoring: Constantly monitoring patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation levels. RNs in the ICU are responsible for recognizing signs of deterioration or improvement in patient condition and responding appropriately.
• Collaboration: Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients in the ICU.
• Patient Advocacy: Serving as advocates for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are communicated and addressed effectively within the healthcare team.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,700.00 per week
