Anticipated Close Date: June 7, 2024

General Duties (includes but not limited to): 

  • Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, manufacturing, and stock departments to optimize IJT resources such as raw materials.
  • Reporting and management of inventory levels, turns, and critical lead times.
  • Budgeting, costing, and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.
  • Health and Safety, Quality, and other legal requirements
  • Overseeing any large procurement that may happen.
  • Procurement of office supplies, purchased parts, assembly components, and raw material.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines, accounting processes and ethical business concerns.
  • Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions. 
  • Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
  • Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments and adjustments.
  • Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
  • Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges, refunds, and preparing and mailing invoices.
  • Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments.
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Manage warehouse, facilities, and AP/AR associates.
  • Communicate and execute cleaning and maintaining of warehouses and other facility needs.
  • Receive inventory reports from Shipping & Receiving, audit and make recommendations on which items to order and restock.
  • Accountable for warehouse inventory and accuracy of records for the inventory.
  • Accountable for internal and external maintenance of facilities including flooring, cabinetry, restrooms, drainage, roofing, HVAC, and other similar aspects.
  • Monitor and manage budgets.
  • Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.
  • Communicate with Shipping department to respond to and resolve complaints and problems.
  • Keep up to date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.
  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.

Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR department with hiring processes and new team member training.
  • Set overall goals and objectives that align with Injectech’s mission.
  • Use planning, decision-making, and resource allocation to ensure an organized throughput of department.
  • Allocate resources such as budget, personnel, and time to ensure that the team can achieve its goals efficiently.
  • Make high-level decisions weighing various factors and considering risks that impact the team and department.
  • Assess the performance of team members, provide feedback, create goals, and make decisions related to promotions, raises, and professional development.
  • Mediate disputes to promote amicable and cooperative relationships among staff.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure the team’s objectives align with broader organizational goals.
  • Assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure overall success and sustainability of the department.
  • Ensure safe working conditions and enforcing cleanliness in the department using 6S Lean.
  • Monitor the department and the process to ensure that the finished product meets all quality, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction requirements.
  • Attend manager meetings, conferences, and networking events when necessary.
  • Accountable for analyzing and meeting On Time Delivery goals for available products.

Physical Requirements:

  • Is expected to sit, walk, or stand for 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally, be able to hear, and have clear and corrected vision for tasks that involve reading, writing, and working with small details.
  • Have physical agility for tasks that involve bending, kneeling, or reaching.
  • Have precise hand-eye coordination for tasks that involve handling small objects, tools, or machinery.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 30-50 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering,
  • 4 Years of experience in supply chain management, warehouse management or other relevant areas.
  • 4 years in a people leadership role
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Programs such Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with ISO regulated environment; highly regulated industry experience such as medical device, automotive, or aerospace is preferred.
  • Knowledge of databases, E-QMS, ERP, and SAP systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of SOP’s, Work Instructions, and ISO 13485 standards preferred.
  • Actively performs and understands Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Certifications (preferred):

  • Forklift

Skills:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to maintain healthy working relationships.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management skills and can work with multiple deadlines and commitments with little or no supervision.
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, measuring and decimal points.

Immediately Upon Hire

  • 401K Retirement Plan- Employees are eligible to start contributing to Injectech’s 401K retirement plan the 1st of the month after hire date. Injectech match’s contributions up 6% of employee’s salary. 100% full invested immediately. Roth and Traditional options available.
  • Health Insurance- Health insurance starts the 1st of the month after employment of 30 days. Injectech pays 100% of the employee’s portion. Employees will have the option to enroll their spouse, domestic partner, and dependents, that cost will be passed on to the employee through pre-tax payroll deductions.
  • Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance Plans- These plans are offered at a group discount rate to all employees and their spouse, domestic partner, and any dependents.
  • Employee Assistance Program- The EAP is available to all employees and family members. 30 Days after Hire Date
  • Sick Time- accrues 1 hour for every 30 hours you work up to 48 hours per year.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)- accrues 6.66 hours per month for maximum of 80 hours per year. At 36 months accrual rate is 8 hours per month for maximum of 96 hours a year. Accrual rates continue to increase.
  • Holiday Pay- 8 paid holidays.
  • Birthday Floating Holiday- Take your birthday off paid!
  • Voluntary Paid Time Off (VTO)- 20 hours paid to volunteer at any 501(c)(3) Nonprofit.
  • Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance- Injectech fully pays for $50,000 policy for all employees. Additional Life Insurance is offered at the employee’s expense.

6 Months After Hire Date

  • Profit Share Program- Employees are eligible for our profit share program the month following 6 full months of employment.
