Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from construction and logistics management to commercial contracting services and building projects.
Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing the full project life cycle, from initial planning and feasibility assessments through to design, construction, and final handover.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the work of project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other professionals.
  • Managing and mitigating project risks, including conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Ensuring that all projects are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety and quality control.
  • Preparing and presenting regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Managing project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring that all financial objectives are met.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Technology industry.
  • Proven experience in expediting, construction, logistics management, commercial contracting services, and building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software.
  • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
