Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the full project life cycle, from initial planning and feasibility assessments through to design, construction, and final handover.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinating and overseeing the work of project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other professionals.
- Managing and mitigating project risks, including conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
- Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Ensuring that all projects are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety and quality control.
- Preparing and presenting regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Managing project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring that all financial objectives are met.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Technology industry.
- Proven experience in expediting, construction, logistics management, commercial contracting services, and building projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse project teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
