Compensation: $52,000 - $95,000
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of statutes, legal codes, and judicial decisions
- Prepare a wide range of legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, parenting plans, custody orders, and more
- Coordinate hearings and appointments, manage client calls, and draft routine correspondence
- Disclosures and discovery
- File and organize legal documents and correspondence
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in legal software such as Lawyaw, Dissomaster, Odyssey, and One Legal (Preferred)
- Paralegal Certification (Preferred)
- 3 - 5 years of Paralegal experience, with a focus on family law (Preferred)
