Gray Tier Technologies is looking for a Linux Engineer to support one of our Defense customers in Fort Belvoir Virginia. The position requires a Secret Clearance and is a hybrid role.
Linux Engineer
Basics:
• At least a Secret clearance (DoD would be best)
• Sec CE or equivalent
• Red Hat/Linux cert (Linux , LPI, RHCSA)
Skills:
• Experience with Red Hat Linux, including familiarity with the LVM stack and SELinux
• Ability to use Windows desktops and preferably some Windows server experience
• Experience with applying STIGs Experience with patching (Satellite and repos)
Nice to have skills:
• Experience using/configuring Ansible
• Experience using/configuring Jira and Atlassian products
• Experience with BIND Experience with ELK/SPLUNK/ArcSight or other log aggregation software
• Experience with databases
