Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Assembly: Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and schematics.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks during the assembly process to ensure that each product meets our quality and safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve assembly issues and mechanical problems efficiently to maintain production timelines.
  • Testing and Calibration: Conduct functional tests and calibration of equipment to ensure it meets performance specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including parts used, test results, and any issues encountered.
