Parts Advisor
The Parts Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers by accurately identifying their parts needs. Ensuring the customer receives accurate pricing, timelines for repairs and exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Listen to customers concerns regarding their vehicles.
Accurately identify and recommend parts and services that customers need for their vehicles.
Maintain detailed records of services provided, parts ordered and received, and inventory levels.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing personalized service and follow-up communication.
Carry out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with customer.
Answer incoming calls in a professional and helpful manner
Offer an excellent Best in Class experience to all customers, both on the phone and in person

Complete all OEM Service training
Make sure that each customer that comes into the dealership is properly greeted.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
