Hotel Night Auditor needed for a fast-paced hotel.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities.
- Must be able to operate basic office machines i.e. copier, fax, printer, etc
- Must be able to work 5 nights shifts (10pm-6am)
- Be able to function as a front desk agent. (especially in terms of check-ins and check-outs)
- Must display very good organization and time management skills.
- Process guest reservations, including the computation and collection of payment.
- Must be able to post room charges, taxes to guest accounts, run end of day procedure/night audit process on the property management software.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to follow hotel policy and procedures.
- Must Smile, acknowledge, and greet guests at the front desk and other public areas.
- Pay discuss upon hiring (D.O.E)
- 30-day evaluation will be conducted.
