$220,000 to $250,00 (salary performance bonus)

Requirements

• Experience leading a team and successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business.
• Proven experience with interpreting, dissecting, and analyzing data to improve organizational performance.
• Understands how to use the P&L to drive growth and manage costs through influencing associate behaviors.
• Leads a culture of accountability by setting expectations for all associates.
• Capable of learning and growing as a professional.
• Able to commit to the time requirements to be accessible to all team members.
• Desire to roll-up your sleeves and lead by example.
• Able to deliver day after day with ruthless consistency.
• Proven record of safe behavior and the ability to lead a safety minded team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 4 to 6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives.
• Be an exemplary leader managing with integrity in accordance with our mission, vision, and values in all actions.
• Meets deadlines with the quality you would anticipate in a world-class organization.
• Able to monitor and pivot as necessary to control all COGS and expenses.
• Ensure location adherence to all Goettl standards.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the business including all activities of the service and installation departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
