Topa Equities is a successful family-owned business that grew from a single beer distributor in 1956 to a diverse holding company with more than 25 subsidiaries, including auto dealerships, wholesale beverage distributors, manufacturing companies, insurance, and real estate. The company has operations in California, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Built over several decades by gifted entrepreneur John Anderson, the Topa brand has consistently stood for quality, professionalism, and integrity. Mr. Anderson was a well-respected businessman and philanthropist. The Anderson School of Business... at UCLA is named for him. Today Mr. Andersons legacy is carried on by his family. Topa Equities is governed by a Board of Directors made up of family members and a company officer. The individual businesses are run by independent presidents/general managers.
