Role Summary

OneMonroe is actively seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring that products supplied to OneMonroe branch locations meet the required quality standards. Responsibilities include: evaluating, monitoring, and improving supplier performance; conducting supplier audits; managing supplier-related quality issues; and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall supply chain quality. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In-depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential. This position is accountable to implement and ensure adherence to company quality systems and protocols; build relationships with company-wide customers; comply with quality requirements; and continually improve the manufacturing and distribution processes to achieve world-class quality and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Reading blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations.
• Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards, including tracking of supplier performance and capabilities.
• Working with sales and purchasing teams to determine whether to accept a product or continue business with a vendor based on a review by the supplier quality engineer.
• Selecting output samples and checking them using appropriate methods

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in supplier quality management or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Must have good analytical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Works well under pressure, prioritize projects and be deadline oriented
• Able to travel as needed to conduct audits and evaluations

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
