**Position Summary:**

The Account Coordinator partners with the outside Account Manager to drive the sale of packaging products. This role involves managing and coordinating customer orders and inquiries, interfacing with manufacturing and shipping teams to ensure customers receive high-quality products as ordered. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on providing excellent customer service are crucial.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the Account Manager on existing and new business opportunities.

- Handle inquiries about orders, pricing, product information, ship dates, expediting orders, and ordering samples.

- Review orders for accuracy, calculate and verify product pricing according to company schedules, and enter all order details including customer information, product specifications, pricing, quantity, and ship dates.

- Process price quotes, including obtaining freight rates and creating and forwarding quotes to customers.

- Expedite product orders through manufacturing and shipping.

- Create, update, and maintain account price pages.

- Add new customers to the CRM database and collect all necessary documents for potential new customers.

- Resolve customer complaints and process credits as needed.

- Process artwork/design requests and obtain approval for print requests.

- Contact customers with past due invoices.

- Coordinate with other Account Coordinators and Account Managers on cross-territory sales.

- Connect, assist, and redirect phone calls and emails.
