Job Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting.

Duties:

• Welcome and Register Guests: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with information about the facility, daily activities, and local attractions.
• Manage Reservations: Handle bookings, confirmations, room assignments, and any special requests.
• Prepare and Serve Breakfast: Oversee the preparation and presentation of breakfast for guests each morning, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated.
• Host Happy Hour: Organize and serve beverages and snacks during the bed and breakfast’s happy hour, creating a welcoming and social atmosphere.
• Room and Facility Upkeep: Monitor and report any maintenance issues or needs, and ensure that rooms and common areas are prepared for new arrivals.
• Guest Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with guests during their stay to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Handle Guest Inquiries and Concerns: Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Check-out Process: Manage the check-out process, ensuring accuracy in billing and collecting feedback from guests to improve services.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in guest relations or hotel management
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
