Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or dental office setting and possess knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations. Proficiency in office tasks and software systems such as Eaglesoft is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate appointments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with Eaglesoft software
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with phone systems and handling patient inquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification as a Dental Receptionist would be a plus
