MMTL is a woman-owned business looking for an innovative, independent thinking individual with exceptional communications skills.
Role DescriptionThis position will report directly to the CEO, with the goal of developing HR protocols, training, recruitment, and employee relations. MMTL wants to become a preferred employer and we are ready to take the next step to making that happen. If you are an HR professional wanting to utilize all your skills and talent instead of being stuck without forward momentum, we may be the perfect place for you. This position can grow all the way to being a C suite executive within our company.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or have previously handled multiple specific HR functions.
  • Previous experience within the logistics / trucking industries is a bonus.
  • Strong verbal, written & listening communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate competence in conflict management, problem-solving, decision making & strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, who will jump in to ensure the company meets all deadlines for the day and a "whatever it takes" attitude to complete the job for all our customers.
