Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician to join our team. This position will require working outdoors, in the seasonal weather and be willing to get dirty.
We pay based on performance. Low performers can expect $15-16/ hr. High performers can expect $18-24/ hr.
High performers show up to work on time, work their entire shift without calling out early, work the entire shift with high intensity, and remain reliable.

Duties
-Walk-behind mowing, edging, blowing
-Fertilization and weed control
-Leaf clean-ups
-Sprad mulch
-Sod installation
-Hedge, shrub and small tree trimming
-Planting flowers and plants
-Lift 50 pounds
Experience is plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 55 per week
