Developing sales target prospective client lists consisting of healthcare delivery organizations that meet minimum spend thresholds. Documenting sales activity and maintain sales pipeline in CRM. Providing Presidents with weekly pipeline reports, sales progress, and milestones. Conducting outreach efforts including phone calls, emails, and networking to engage key stakeholders and decision makers at prospective clients. Securing meetings with key stakeholders and effectively communicate the HWL value to prospective clients including system demonstrations, in person and virtual presentations, and written proposals. Negotiating contracts with prospective clients including pricing and service commitments. Responding to RFPs issued from prospective clients. Working closely with Presidents, SVP’s and VP Sales to execute on our growth roadmap. Effectively building and maintaining key relationships with newly acquired client accounts and assisting implementation and customer support teams as an escalation point for issues or challenges within client accounts. Establishing ‘trusted advisor’ status with key stakeholders at prospective and newly acquired client accounts. Representing JTP and JNP at trade shows and other networking events. Attends meetings as required (both virtually and/or in-person as required). Examples include mandatory internal meetings as needed and required, as often as monthly or quarterly, in-person meetings with clients, conferences, events, seminars, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA in Business or Marketing or other related field preferred. Basic understanding of Vendor Management System and Managed Services Programs. 7 years selling software, consulting, or strategic healthcare staffing solutions. Experience in healthcare staffing as a proven sales performer. Excellent people skills, with the ability to start, cultivate, and maintain lasting relationships with customers, direct reports, and senior management. Ability to work collaboratively with implementation and technology teams to execute growth and solve problems. We are seeking applicants that can work remotely and live close to a major airport in AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, OK, PA, SC, TN, VA, TX, VT, WI, WV that will allow them to travel easily to Orlando, FL.
