State of South Carolina is Hiring an Administrative Manager I Near Florence, SC

With our Agency's mission to support the recovery of people with mental illnesses, we provide a complete array of medical and support services for children, adults, and families throughout South Carolina.
This position is located at the Department of Mental Health, Pee Dee Mental Health Center, 125 E. Cheves Street, Florence, SC 29506.
Under general supervision of the Executive Director, coordinates, plans, organizes and directs administrative service activities of the Pee Dee Mental Health Center. Performs duties requiring analysis of broad-based problems and planning of diverse areas within administrative services.
  • Supervise and manage the administrative operations of Pee Dee Mental Health which includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Information Resource/Technology, Physical Plant, and Transportation.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the Center's budget, the supervision of revenue and expenditures and operating within the authorized budget.
  • Develop, present, and report accurate and timely historical financial information to appropriate stakeholders in the organization including Pee Dee Mental Health Board, Executive Management Team, Department of Mental Health officials, and others who rely on the accuracy and timeliness of this information as my decisions are based on it.
  • Develop educated prediction and advice as to the best way to ensure organizational success in the future. Create analyses of future earnings and anticipated capital expenses in collaboration with the organization's present financial condition. Identify and report what areas of a company are most efficient and how the organization can capitalize on this information.
  • Contracts Manager, systematically and efficiently manage contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
  • Data Analysis, review monthly operational reports.
  • Performs related duties or projects as assigned.
State Minimum Requirements: bachelor's degree and relevant experience in administrative services, public administration or business management.
