Snider-Blake Personnel is Hiring a Machine Operator Near Florence, KY
Snider-Blake is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for our client in Hebron, KY. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery and be familiar with various tools and equipment. This is a direct hire position and does require an interview!
**Duties**
- Operate and maintain machines in accordance with instructions
- Inspect parts with precision and ensure conformance to specifications
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
**Experience**
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for production requirements
- Experience with quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met
- Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations
- Competency in materials handling and tooling techniques
