The Recruiter's primary duties include recruiting and onboarding newly hired salespeople. Applicants should have a very good understanding of real estate license law and practice. They should be well networked in the real estate industry, enjoy customer service-based interaction and possess excellent communication and people skills. Applicants must dress and speak appropriately for a leadership role in an office environment.
The ideal candidate is a friendly, outgoing, well-dressed person with a magnetic personality who enjoys training and mentoring others. He/she has worked in the real estate industry for 5 years and has a strong sales history. The ideal candidate has an active real estate license.
The LRE recruiter with an active real estate license has the option of working in an independent contractor (1099) capacity, or as an employee (W-2). This is a commission-based position and would work well to supplement income from real estate sales.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
