Job Description
JOB SUMMARY :
Supervise production processes and collaborate with the Supervisor to establish production priorities aligned with operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Shift : 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with management to set production and quality control standards, ensuring alignment with product specifications and delivery schedules while minimizing excess material on the production floor.
- Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resource utilization and efficiency.
- Analyze production, quality control, and maintenance reports to identify nonconformities and operational challenges, working with production supervisors to address issues.
- Assist in reducing scrap and materials usage, maintaining clean workstations, and implementing procedures to enhance operational efficiency and performance metrics.
- Monitor production metrics and generate monthly performance reports, focusing on continuous improvement and defect reduction.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, maintain adequate stock levels of operational supplies and equipment, and support workforce training.
- Monitor the Statistical Process Control (SPC) system to identify and address production issues promptly, while maintaining production data records.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficient in global logistics operations and industry practices.
- Ability to determine logistics requirements to support business objectives and devise strategies for achievement.
- Strong financial and analytical skills for business analytics and optimizing company operations.
- Knowledgeable in international taxation and customs regulations.
- Demonstrated success in change management and implementing productivity and cost reduction initiatives.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education, training, and experience.
