Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician at Hardy's Homes, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our rental properties. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, addressing repair requests, and ensuring our properties are well-maintained for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests from tenants.
• Conduct property inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Assist with turnover processes, including cleaning and preparing units for new tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus but not required.
