HHPM is Hiring a Property Manager Near Florence, AL

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our residents. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong administrative and customer relationship management skills.

Duties:
- Maintain regular communication with tenants to address any concerns or issues
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Manage lease agreements, including new leases, renewals, and terminations
- Handle rent collection and ensure timely payment processing
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including tenant information, maintenance requests, and financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit refunds

Requirements:

Knowledge of Section 8 HUD programs required
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and legal requirements
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems for efficient tenant communication
- Basic understanding of facilities management principles
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with contract management is a plus
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred
