Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide support to our lead sales rep and contribute to the overall success of our company. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Support the lead sales rep in managing accounts and maintaining customer relationships
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
- Conduct research on potential clients and assist in lead generation efforts

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of technical sales and technology products is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Rotating weekends
