About the role

Case Managers in the Family Skills Worker role, provide intensive services to children and their families coordinating services and supporting families in developing the skills necessary to function successfully at home and in the community.

Social service professionals with a passion for working with children in families through collaboration with various service providers. We are looking for great communicators who understand teams and who are committed to excellence. You must bring a firm understanding of DHHS licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or a related field of study.
• Two years of case management experience is preferred.
• Child Welfare Training Institute training provided.
• Must meet successfully complete the background screening process, including driving records check.

Spectrum Child and Family Services supports our community’s children and teens that are delinquent, have been neglected/abused or abandoned; are medically fragile, multiple handicapped, dual diagnosed, and behaviorally and/or emotionally impaired.
