CORNERSTONE RESIDENTIAL is Hiring a Groundskeeper Near Federal Way, WA
We are seeking a property Groundskeeper to work at our Apartment Community. The position is responsible for the overall day-to-day cleanliness of our Apartment Communities
This is a full-time hourly position, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure grounds are well kept and clear from all trash/debris
- Power washing breezeways
- Help with landscaping needs
- Assist maintenance with make readies
Pay: $18.00 an hour/Non Exempt Hourly
Qualifications
- Landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and maintenance experience
- Proficiency in irrigation systems
- Knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, gardening, horticulture
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
These qualifications will be essential for success in the role of a Groundskeeper.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
