Advanced Dental Center is Hiring a Dental front office Near Federal Heights, CO

We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! We’re committed to providing modern, conservative care to all our patients while making them feel like they’re right at home.

Our team makes our patients feel confident in their smiles while creating lasting, meaningful relationships along the way.

Schedule : Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8-5 Tuesday & Thursday 10-7

Benefits include : medical with company-paid contribution, vision, short-term disability, paid holidays, competitive 401k w / match, and more!

Compensation : $18 - $24 hourly

$18 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule patients
  • Verify insurance
  • Collect patient balances
  • Manage patient health information
  • Verify the accuracy of treatment plans based on insurance benefits
  • Ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out

Qualifications :

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • 1 years of experience in a dental is required
  • Bilingual is required
