  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.
